Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Review

I think this may be my first Mascara review ever. I usually pick up some random one at the drugstore when mine runs out, but this time I bought in to the attention grabbing name of Too Faced's Better Than Sex Mascara and had to see how it performed  :)
Better Than Sex Mascara promises 1,994% more Volume, 100% saw longer lashes, 100% saw dramatic volume, 93% saw base-to-tip curl, and 8 out of 10 say it is the very best mascara they’ve ever used. A mascara so amazing that it's better than Sex! We all know that's just slick marketing, but you have to admit the big promises do have you wondering.

The packaging is a girlie metallic pink and the racy name is tastefully done in a pretty typography with a very substantial feeling tube.

The secret to this mascara is the hourglass shaped brush. A silhouette that separates, coats, and curls each lash to voluptuous perfection. The curvy wand gives a unique lengthy look to your lashes, similar to how false lashes have longer and shorter variations. Formulated with film-forming Polymer for smudge-proof, all day wear and Acacia Senegal Tree Extract to nourish, thicken and lock curl in place. The color is a an intense carbon black, one of the darkest mascara's I've come across.

After a couple dips of the wand...
I measure how good a mascara is by using no other eye enhancing product's with it, if I can get away with wearing just the mascara and seeing a difference then it's passed the first test. This mascara should be re-named "Better than all of your other Mascara's". The brush design is excellent, it really allows you to separate and coat your lashes while the hourglass design gives a lift to your lashes that really draws the eyes open. Being able to do extra coats pumped up the volume, length, and curl on my short wimpy lashes with out clumping and the rich inky black color gives the illusion of fuller natural lashes not heavily coated ones. I love how soft and fluttery this feels on, there's no stiffness even after multiple coats. While this is a drier formula it still takes a bit to set so watch the blinkers. Once in place though I had no smudges, clumps, or complaints and it didn't irritate my very sensitive eyes. Only issue might be when some one asks what you've got on your lashes...awkward :) That aside it's a pretty bangin' mascara and my new go-to, I think you'll dig it!
