Healthy Beauty in the New Year Review

Like many one of my New Years resolutions was to get healthier. I already lead a fairly healthy lifestyle but January's fresh start really makes you want to kick it in to full gear. In no way am I trying to give diet or exercise advice on a beauty blog, that would be rather silly, I just felt like doing a collective review on some of the products I've implemented for getting healthier over the past two months. It was all about health products over makeup in Jan-Feb so I hope we won't mind a review post like this on a supposed to be beauty blog.
