Halloween FOTD: Pop Art & Pop Stars

For this I wanted to pull a Lichtenstein element in to something less face paint like and work in my Violent Lips Tattoo's. I think this would be a fun alternative for those of you that fancy the pin up look but want a lil change up from the usual winged liner & red lips..Even a Katy Perry costume maybe?

Nicki Minaj has quickly become one of my favorite Artist's and "makeup muse's", she's just so fun to look at!
