Lipstick of the Day: Ruby Woo Circa 1994

I've found new love again with MAC Ruby Woo lipstick. It's known for being the quintessential most immaculate pin up red, but I'm loving it these days for an early 90's/Fiona Apple/Courtney Love/ grunge era makeup look. Getting back to my roots with this face of today along with the rare occurrence of natural day light. Thanks sun...think I could do with seeing you more often :)

For the eyes I went to town muddying it up with several shades in the Too Faced Chocolate Bar and the balm Meet Matt(e) Nude palette's. I don't think Meet Matt(e) gets enough love, weird because dude on the cover is a real stud! Even more attractive are the shadow's inside, these are some crazy good matte's.

Finished up the face with powdery foundation and a darker brow. If this didn't look ever so ill, tortured, and strung out this would be my makeup every day. Emotionally gritty undone rock n roll looks are IT for me.
