Over the Rainbow
I had 5 minutes to do something festive for pride night club festivities. I'm sooo over colorful rainbow eyeshadow these days, so I decided to do a simple rainbow liner. Sometimes less IS more :)
I used Graftobian Magic Set Mixing & Lining Medium with various pigments to create this stream of color. Using pigments wet is a great way to create colorful liners. Just wet your liner brush, dip in to pigment, mix it to a "liquid liner" consistency and apply as you normally would.
