Every season I like to refresh my beauty routine and that includes skincare as well. After months of harsh Winter weather our skin is in just as much need of a revamp as our closets and lip colors. CeraVe has long been a staple in my skincare regimen. It is one of those brands that I often recommend to any one looking for a solid skincare routine because it works for so many different skin types. CeraVe products are non-irritating and fragrance-free. Most are also non-comedogenic. Here is how I am changing up my daily skincare routine for Spring with CeraVe!

CeraVe helps replenish the vital ceramides healthy skin needs. CeraVe is the first and only brand to offer a full line of skin care products that contain an exclusive combination of three scientifically-identified vital ceramides. CeraVe products penetrate the skin’s surface, infuse it with moisture, and lock it in for truly long-lasting results and beautiful, healthy looking skin.

The patented Multivesicular Emulsion (MVE) technology used in CeraVe products releases key ingredients slowly over time, allowing them to absorb into the skin to hydrate and nourish, as well as help repair, restore and maintain the skin’s natural barrier. This means that CeraVe products keep working to help restore and maintain the natural protective function of the skin barrier long after you apply them, up to 24 hours after application.

My morning skincare routine begins by washing my face with CeraVe Foaming Cleanser. I like to cleanse in the morning to prep my skin for moisturizer and makeup. This cleanser also removes dirt, oil and makeup while replenishing skin with ceramides.
After cleansing I apply CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion. This lightweight lotion moisturizes and provides broad spectrum sun protection. It's formulated with a unique combination of three ceramides (called 1, 3, and 6-II). Only CeraVe delivers ceramides through a patented, controlled-release technology that penetrates the skin's surface, to help rebuild the skin's protective barrier and lock in moisture all day.

Just one pump is enough to cover the full face. I like this moisturizer because it doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy and it has added SPF 30 sun protection. Skin naturally contains ceramides. Over time, ceramides become depleted, leading to dry and irritated skin. CeraVe helps replenish the vital ceramides healthy skin needs.

Sunscreen is the most important step in any skincare routine year round. With the weather warming up I like to take my SPF protection a step further. In addition to the AM Facial Moisturizing lotion I will apply CeraVe Sunscreen Face Lotion SPF 50. A broad spectrum, lightweight sun protection plus vital ceramides lotion that will further protect my sensitive skin from the sun.

At night I remove my makeup and cleanse with CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser. This cleanser removes dirt, oil and makeup as ceramides and hyaluronic acid moisturize, soften, and help repair the skin barrier.

I finish my skincare routine with CeraVe Moisturizing Cream. It moisturizes and helps restore the protective skin barrier, with vital ceramides.

CeraVe Moisturizing Cream makes a wonderful night cream, it hydrates and locks in the moisture while you sleep. I also like to use it as a body cream on any dry skin or rough patches.

I picked up my CeraVe Skincare products at Walmart in the personal care aisle. CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser, CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanser, and CeraVe Moisturizing Cream will be on Rollback to $9.97 until 5/9/2016.
