I have been wearing the pieces from my April ROCKSBOX all month, they might be my favorite ones yet! I think I say that every month, but I just love this service. If you are not familiar with Rocksbox yet, for only $19/month, they send you three beautiful pieces of designer jewelry. You wear them as much as you want, and when you’re finished wearing them you can buy or send them back and they send you three more! What's cool is that you don't just get one box once a month you can return it multiple times for new jewelry to wear.

Kendra Scott Rayne Necklace in Chalcedony ($80/ $64 Insiders Price)
Because I can't seem to request a Rocksbox that doesn't include Kendra. They granted my request of the Chalcedony Rayne. This mint green stone adds a subtle dash of color to any outfit. The addition of a fun tassel takes this long necklace to fashionable new heights. I knew this color would go with nearly everything over the Spring/Summer months.

I have been adding to my Rayne collection every time one lands in my Rocksbox. You really can't beat the discounted $64 price, plus you get $10 shine spend each month knocking the Kendra Scott Rayne down to only $54. I normally would spend $80 plus tax when purchasing them at Nordstrom. That's well over $30 off! They just got some of the new Summer collection in so be sure to add them to your wish list.

House of Harlow 1960 Peak to Peak Fringe Earrings ($58/$46 Insiders Price)
These earrings were chosen for me because my other requests were unavailable. I am not an earrings girl nor a statement earrings girl, yet i love these gold tone earrings with raised triangle pyramid bars and chain fringe. They worked perfectly for a boho festival outfit I was putting together. Fringe and tassel's are also a huge trend right now. These earrings are excellent quality and didn't hurt my sensitive ears. That's what I love about subscribing to Rocksbox I end up trying styles I never would have bought on my own.

SLATE Mother of Pearl Pavé Triangle Cuff ($46/ $36 Insiders Price)
My absolute favorite piece in my box this month is this gorgeous adjustable pave' cuff from SLATE. This is the exact style bracelet I love wearing, dainty with a touch of flair. The mother of pearl is beautiful and the pave' stones shimmer like diamonds. It is such an exceptional quality bracelet but it also feels trendy at the same time. This cuff is a must-have piece for layering bracelets. I already purchased it, it was too pretty to pass up!

I got so much wear out of all of these pieces and as I mentioned if you are a Kendra Scott Jewelry collector Rocksbox is a fab way to grow your collection at a discount!

So try it out! If you don’t like it, you can cancel at any time no obligation. But I bet you are going to LOVE IT as much as I do. Get your First month FREE with code monroemisfitxoxo

Bohemian Waves with Garnier Whole Blends Repairing Hair Care

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #WholeBlends #CollectiveBias

Spring and Summer are my favorite times of the year to experiment with different hair styles. Relaxed, bohemian, and beachy hair styles are a few that I am especially fond of. On lazy warm days who wants to fuss with high maintenance hair? Laid back looks are also perfect for those like myself who are not great at styling hair. I am envious of those beautiful intricate braids that you see on Pinterest but my braiding skills are zilch! Therefore, my go-to warm weather hairstyle is effortless bohemian waves that anyone can do. Add a flower crown and you will be catapulted back to the 70's!

Urban Decay x Gwen Stefani Blush Palette Review

I am pretty late to the game on the Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Blush palette but I picked this palette up during the SEPHORA VIB Rouge event when it was on sale for $30 and thought why not review it. I know I can't be the only one who doesn't buy new products right away. The Gwen UD collab has been one of the best makeup collaborations I have seen in a really long time. I have used the Eyeshadow Palette daily for months now!

Get Gwen Stefani’s glowing, contoured skin with this Blush Palette. Inspired by her best defining and highlighting, tricks, Urban Decay and Stefani came together to create her perfect blush palette. Sweep on sculpted, radiant skin with these six shades of blush, bronzer, and highlighter that are versatile enough for any skintone.

Urban Decay’s own easily blendable, finelymilled Afterglow formula goes on sheer and provides eight long hours of wearable, streak-free color. Lightweight and chic, it leaves a soft, creamy texture that always applies beautifully.

The packaging of this palette is gorgeous and outfitted just like the eyeshadow palette. It's durable and looks and feels luxurious. The little 'Magic's In The Makeup' inscription on the mirror is such a moment for any ND fan. It is a tad bulky when it comes to storage but the packaging is just beautiful to care.

The six shades in the palette are Blush in Cherry (light pink satin), Easy (deep rose with gold shimmer), Angel (champagne-nude shimmer), Hush (medium pink with gold shimmer.  Bronzer in Lo-Fi (soft bronze matte) and Highlighter in OC (soft pink with peach shift).

The texture of the blushes are buttery smooth and they blend in to the skin beautifully. While pigmented, they are not harsh so it minimizes the chance of getting that obvious hi! I'm wearing blush look. The blush shades are described as being versatile for both cool and warm skintones. That may be true, but I think they work about half and half. Having fair cool toned skin, only about two of these worked for me, and those were Cherry and Easy. The bronzer is quite warm and the highlighters just don't have the wow factor that you get from highlighters like Hourglass or Becca. They too are also on the peachy side.

Overall this palette was set up to be amazing but I just don't find it all that special! Making a palette that suits most skintones was an excellent idea but it leaves you with about half a palette to work with. The only shade I found myself using often was Cherry. If you have a warmer skintone I think this would be a very useful everyday blush palette. I'm glad I got this on sale because for the hype it just turned out to be a bit bland. Great collectible for the ND/Gwen fan, just not the best all around blush palette.

Patchology FlashPatch Lip Gels Review & 50% Off Code

Patchology FlashPatch Lip Gels are a 5 minute quick fix for the lips. My lips are still feeling the wrath of Winter and liquid matte lipstick overkill. I have been going through lip balm like crazy! Patchology is known for their FlashMasques and Eye Gels which are both amazing. Now they are bringing us innovative lip patches that go beyond traditional lip balms and treatments to hydrate, smooth and revitalize lips. Simply apply, take 5 and go…no rinsing required.

Hydrogel patch technology provides deep hydration and lip revitalization in a way that topical lip treatments cannot. Highly advanced cooling and refreshing translucent hydrogel patches accelerate the delivery of Niacinamide, Peptides and Green Tea Extract.

”Barely there” shimmery pink, stay put patches are thoughtfully designed to properly fit any lip shape.

The stay-put patches ensure you get the ingredients where you need them most for softer, smoother lips. You also get to sport the crazy looking sheet mask look which is always fun.

You can use the Lip Gels before applying makeup or any time lips needs a revitalizing boost. I like to do a lip exfoliator first and then apply them. Just place the lip gel onto clean lips ans wait for 5 minutes (or longer if desired).

After 5 minutes massage remaining serum in and around the lip area for perfectly prepped, smooth lips. The serum works beautifully for priming your lips before lipstick. There is no sticky-feel and the residual serum sinks right in. I really liked how well these lip gels made my lip lines visibly smoother. My lips even looked slightly more plumped up. These are definitely something to treat yourself to if you are battling chapped lips or before a kiss-worthy date.

Patchology FlashPatch Lip Gels are perfect for giving your lips the extra attention that traditional lip balms and treatments can't achieve. Hydrating, moisturizing, with a more youthful and plumped up effect. My lips felt so much softer immediately and the effects were a lot more long lasting than what you would get from a normal lip balm. These are on the pricey side at $50 for 24 lip gels, but if you are a matte lipstick addict or find yourself going through tube after tube of $24 Fresh Sugar they are worth it for softer, smoother, lipstick ready lips.

Patchology is giving my readers 50% OFF on any purchase on the Patchology site! That is amazing!

Refreshing My Spring Skincare Routine with CeraVe

This shop has been compensated by Collective Bias, Inc. and its advertiser. All opinions are mine alone. #CeraVeSkincare #CollectiveBias

Every season I like to refresh my beauty routine and that includes skincare as well. After months of harsh Winter weather our skin is in just as much need of a revamp as our closets and lip colors. CeraVe has long been a staple in my skincare regimen. It is one of those brands that I often recommend to any one looking for a solid skincare routine because it works for so many different skin types. CeraVe products are non-irritating and fragrance-free. Most are also non-comedogenic. Here is how I am changing up my daily skincare routine for Spring with CeraVe!
